**Special Considerations
Hospitality Tent investments do not include catering, linens, florals and décor, which all must be made through the Legacy at Shawan Downs approved vendors only. Third party catering and vendors are prohibited. Banners are allowed within tents only–no banners are permitted on the exterior of tents or on the racecourse unless approved by Shawan Downs. All corporate hospitality venues are private and by your invitation only–no commercial advertising. Sale of food, beverage or merchandise is not permitted.
